Job Summary:
Prvnt is looking for a dynamic and visionary Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to lead its clinical strategy, medical safety protocols, and care delivery model. This is a mission-critical, founder-level role for a medical professional who can drive innovation, ensure high standards of clinical integrity, and work closely with cross-functional teams to scale preventive healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Leadership

  • Develop, manage, and evolve evidence-based clinical protocols across preventive and specialty care modules.

  • Lead medical oversight systems, including human-in-the-loop workflows and intervention frameworks.

  • Manage medical quality, patient safety, and clinical performance metrics across geographies.

• Team Building

  • Recruit, train, and lead a global clinical team including physicians, health coaches, and case managers.

  • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability within the clinical division.

• Product & Strategy

  • Collaborate with engineering, AI, and product teams to translate clinical protocols into scalable algorithms and automated workflows.

  • Embed medical decision logic into product development cycles for real-time, intelligent care delivery.

• Growth & Operations

  • Ensure clinical scalability, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance as the platform expands.

  • Act as a thought leader and company spokesperson on matters of healthcare quality, ethics, and innovation.

• Proven experience as a medical leader in tech-driven or preventive care environments.

• Ability to design and scale clinical operations from the ground up.

• Deep understanding of medical safety, evidence-based care models, and digital health technologies.
