Greenfix Property Care is seeking a Landscape Engineer to join its team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape design and on-site project execution. This role involves the preparation of technical drawings and 3D visuals, coordination with project teams, and hands-on supervision of hardscape, softscape, and irrigation works. The candidate must be detail-oriented and experienced in leading landscape development projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Planning:

• Prepare and develop detailed landscape designs and construction drawings.

• Create 2D and 3D visuals using AutoCAD, Lumion, SketchUp, and 3D Max.

• Review shop drawings, as-built documents, and technical submissions.

Site Execution & Supervision:

• Oversee implementation of hardscape, softscape, and irrigation systems.

• Ensure site execution aligns with approved designs and regulatory standards.

• Monitor construction progress and address on-site challenges effectively.

Project Coordination:

• Act as a bridge between design teams, site engineers, and project managers.

• Attend project meetings and provide regular updates on progress and site conditions.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a landscape engineer or architect.

• Strong proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and 3D Max.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Willingness to relocate or commute to Abu Dhabi.

• Knowledge of UAE landscaping standards and regulations is an advantage.
