This role is pivotal to driving service sales growth and strengthening strategic customer relationships.
The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively identifying new sales opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and tailoring KONE’s service solutions to meet customer needs. With a focus on both revenue and customer satisfaction, this position is essential to achieving the company’s business objectives across the Middle East region.
Key Responsibilities:

Proactively seek and generate new business opportunities beyond the existing customer base.

Develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with customers.

Maintain up-to-date customer and opportunity data in the CRM system.

Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving complaints effectively.

Take full accountability for leads, sales opportunities, and achieving revenue and pricing targets.

Identify customer needs and align them with KONE’s service solutions.

Prepare and manage pricing using approved tools and methodologies.

Maintain accurate records of tasks, opportunities, visits, and contracts.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in service sales, preferably in elevators, escalators, or similar technical industries.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Proven track record in B2B sales with a customer-first approach.

Must have previous work experience in the UAE.

Excellent English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-driven, highly organized, and performance-focused.
