This full-time, on-site role focuses on delivering joyful and immersive experiences for children through themed activities, performances, and interactive play. Ideal candidates will be energetic, expressive, and passionate about creating magical moments for young guests in a premium hospitality setting.

Responsibilities:

• Lead interactive games, play sessions, and themed group activities.

• Host and perform in children’s entertainment programs and birthday events.

• Ensure a fun, safe, and inclusive environment for children of all ages.

• Use costumes, props, and scripts to deliver engaging performances.

• Participate in rehearsals, meetings, and brand-related offsite events.

• Collaborate with service teams to communicate effectively with parents.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all play and activity zones.

Requirements:

• Natural ability to engage with children in an enthusiastic and caring manner.

• Strong communication skills with a confident, expressive personality.

• Responsible, emotionally mature, organized, and punctual.

• Prior experience in children’s entertainment, education, or hospitality.

• Background in performing arts, early childhood development, or pedagogy is a plus.

• Upper-intermediate English and fluency in Russian are required.

• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and offsite brand activations.
