Whiteshield, a global AI economics and policy advisory firm, is hiring a Product Manager for its product division, Whiteshield X, based in Dubai. This role will focus on enhancing the Career Navigator, the firm’s flagship AI-enabled workforce development platform. You’ll work within a collaborative, cross-functional team to build impactful, user-centric solutions that address pressing social challenges in employment, education, and economic mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product strategy and roadmap in alignment with company objectives.

• Drive product discovery with stakeholders to identify needs and define solutions.

• Conduct competitor analysis, user research, and market assessments.

• Translate business needs into detailed product specifications.

• Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to launch and post-launch optimization.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure an intuitive, engaging user experience.

• Define and monitor KPIs to track product performance and iterate as needed.

• Coordinate closely with engineering, QA, data scientists, and leadership teams.

• Participate in client meetings, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in product management, ideally in high-growth, fast-paced environments.

• Proven track record developing consumer-facing (especially mobile) products.

• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Figma.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in A/B testing and product experimentation techniques.

• Solid understanding of AI technologies and experience integrating AI features.

• Strong eye for UI/UX with understanding of design best practices.

• Excellent stakeholder communication and project management skills.
