Job Title: Sales Executive 

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in heavy equipment and machinery sales within the UAE market. This role is ideal for someone with an established network and a deep understanding of the construction, logistics, or industrial equipment sector.

🚫 Note: Freshers will not be considered. Only candidates with proven UAE experience in heavy equipment sales will be shortlisted.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell heavy machinery such as excavators, loaders, cranes, and other construction/industrial equipment across the UAE

• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, industrial clients, and dealers

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, networking, and market research

• Prepare and present tailored technical and commercial proposals based on client needs

• Close high-value deals and consistently meet or exceed sales targets

• Stay up to date on product offerings, pricing strategies, competitor activities, and market trends

• Provide post-sales support in coordination with service and technical teams

• Generate accurate and timely sales reports, customer feedback summaries, and market analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in heavy equipment sales in the UAE market

• Strong understanding of UAE’s construction and industrial machinery sector

• A solid network of existing clients in the industry is a major advantage

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in approach

• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across Emirates

• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus
