Job Title: Project Manager 

Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead large-scale high-rise residential developments in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and real estate project management, with a proven ability to handle complex timelines, budgets, and stakeholder coordination across all phases of development.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Project Planning & Feasibility

• Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in coordination with senior management and PMC

• Prepare comprehensive project plans including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk strategies

• Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and due diligence to assess project viability

🔹 Construction Oversight

• Manage all stages of construction, ensuring strict adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety compliance, and quality control

• Coordinate effectively with PMC, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to address and resolve on-site challenges

🔹 Budget & Cost Management

• Oversee and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality

• Approve invoices, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely payments

🔹 Reporting & Documentation

• Track progress using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore)

• Generate detailed reports on status, financials, and key performance indicators for stakeholders and senior management

• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of project decisions, changes, and milestones

Qualifications & Skills:

• Indian male candidates preferred, aged 40 or below

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

• 10+ years of UAE experience in project management for real estate development; minimum 5 years in Dubai

• Strong experience managing high-rise residential projects from start to finish

• Familiarity with Dubai Land Department regulations, especially off-plan approvals

• Experience in mixed-use, residential, commercial, and industrial project development

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills

• Certifications like PMP, CPM are a strong advantage
