Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist 

Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide vital administrative support across the company. As the first point of contact for our business, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and staff alike.

The ideal candidate is someone with a pleasant personality, strong multitasking skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. This role may require working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office

  • Direct visitors to the appropriate departments or individuals

  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls efficiently

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area

  • Provide basic and accurate information in person, via email, or over the phone

  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries

  • Follow security protocols, issue visitor badges, and maintain the logbook

  • Order and manage inventory of front-office supplies

  • Update calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange appointments

  • Handle travel arrangements and prepare vouchers when required

  • Maintain records of office expenses and operational costs

  • Perform clerical tasks including filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Hands-on experience with office equipment such as fax machines, printers, etc.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Resourceful, proactive, and detail-oriented
