Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist
Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide vital administrative support across the company. As the first point of contact for our business, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office

Direct visitors to the appropriate departments or individuals

Answer, screen, and forward phone calls efficiently

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area

Provide basic and accurate information in person, via email, or over the phone

Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries

Follow security protocols, issue visitor badges, and maintain the logbook

Order and manage inventory of front-office supplies

Update calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange appointments

Handle travel arrangements and prepare vouchers when required

Maintain records of office expenses and operational costs

Perform clerical tasks including filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Hands-on experience with office equipment such as fax machines, printers, etc.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude

Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
