Kitopi, a leading tech-powered, multi-brand restaurant platform, is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join their operations team in Sharjah. This full-time, on-site role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth scheduling and coordination of personnel, vehicles, and service requests. The ideal candidate will be organized, communicative, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming requests via calls, emails, or messages regarding pickups, deliveries, or services

• Schedule and dispatch drivers or field personnel as per customer needs and service priorities

• Track the status and location of dispatched staff using GPS and dispatch software

• Maintain accurate records of dispatch times, service completion, and routes

• Communicate proactively with customers to provide updates and resolve any issues

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure optimal service delivery

• Respond effectively to emergency calls, ensuring timely dispatch of appropriate resources

• Follow company safety protocols and compliance procedures

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus

• Previous experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent multitasking, time management, and problem-solving abilities

• Proficient in dispatch systems, GPS tracking tools, and MS Office applications
