Burjline Builders is hiring a Guest Relations Agent for The Abu Dhabi EDITION, a luxury hotel brand under Marriott International. This on-site, full-time position is ideal for dynamic individuals who are passionate about guest service and creating extraordinary hospitality experiences. The selected candidate will be part of a world-class hospitality team, ensuring every guest is welcomed and supported with care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Activate and reissue room keys using the electronic key system

• Communicate guest room availability to the appropriate staff

• Provide guests with messages and assist with room changes when needed

• Offer directions, property details, and local area information

• Manage guest luggage storage and retrieval with proper tagging

• Demonstrate room features and respond to guest inquiries

• Prioritize unresolved guest issues from the previous day

• Arrange transportation services for guests and visitors

• Follow all company procedures and safety standards

• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude

• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members

• Support co-workers and contribute to a respectful, team-focused environment

• Perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods

Skills & Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent

• No prior related work experience required (training provided)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic hospitality environment

• Physically fit and able to perform physical tasks (e.g., lifting, walking long shifts)

• Professional demeanor, teamwork skills, and a customer-first mindset
