MTA is currently looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Clerk to join their team in Al Ain. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for individuals with a passion for retail and excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will manage customer interactions, inventory, and POS operations, contributing to a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with professionalism and friendliness

• Handle cash and card transactions through the POS system

• Stock shelves and maintain clean, organized product displays

• Monitor inventory and inform supervisors about restocking needs

• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly

• Ensure the store meets cleanliness and safety standards

Skills & Requirements:

• Basic communication skills in both English and Arabic

• Previous retail experience is preferred but not mandatory

• Presentable appearance with a courteous personality

• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Physical ability to stand for long hours and lift light to moderate loads

Salary & Benefits:

• Starting salary: AED 1,200 per month
