Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our People & Culture (P&C) team on a 6-month contract. This role will support the HR leadership team in driving key strategic initiatives across the AMET cluster, including year-end processes, employee engagement, recruitment, succession planning, and organizational change. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional to gain exposure to a fast-paced, people-centric environment while delivering high-impact outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
🔶 Year-End Processes:

Assist in preparation and execution of performance calibrations and year-end reviews

Compile employee data and create polished reports and presentation materials
🔶 Talent Acquisition & Development:
-
Support ongoing recruitment processes and workforce planning

Contribute to succession planning and employee development strategies
🔶 Employee Engagement:
-
Coordinate engagement survey rollouts within the AMET region

Organize and facilitate employee focus groups; translate insights into action
🔶 HR Projects & Compliance:
-
Lead or support P&C projects (e.g., policy updates, employee relations cases)

Ensure policies align with global standards and local compliance requirements
🔶 Change Management & Communication:

Champion internal communications for HR initiatives

Act as a change ambassador to support a positive employee experience
🔶 Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with HR and business leaders to implement people strategies

Contribute to wider HR transformation or digitalization projects as needed
Candidate Requirements:
✅ Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
✅ Experience:
-
2–4 years’ experience in HR generalist or HRBP roles (preferably regional or multinational exposure)

Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation abilities

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management capabilities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
