The Senior Relationship Manager will play a pivotal role in acquiring new clients, supporting credit application processes, offering tailored banking solutions, and maintaining a robust client portfolio while ensuring risk management compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Support the acquisition of new clients by conducting financial analysis and preparing accurate credit applications.

• Facilitate a smooth onboarding process and help secure profitable business transactions.

• Offer value-added solutions and alternative banking channels to enhance client engagement.

• Build and maintain a comprehensive client dossier to understand and meet current and future banking needs.

• Conduct regular client visits to assess risk profiles and communicate any changes to the approving authorities.

• Align personal performance with ADCB’s policies and people management practices to drive excellence and accountability.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline from a well-recognized university.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial banking environment.

• Strong knowledge of financial risk management and client relationship handling.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client service skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strategic and results-driven approach.
