Overview:

Charterhouse is partnering with a globally listed and highly reputable wealth management firm that is expanding its operations in the UAE, specifically within the DIFC. With a strong global presence and over USD 50 billion in assets under management, the firm is now hiring experienced Wealth Managers and Private Bankers who can contribute to and benefit from its long-term growth strategy.

This opportunity is ideal for seasoned banking professionals with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, particularly those serving High-Net-Worth (HNI) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNI) clients. The firm provides an exceptional wealth management platform and flexibility to grow your client base across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and expand a personal portfolio of HNI/UHNI clients

• Transfer or build a book of clients within the first 12 months

• Leverage the firm’s infrastructure to onboard international clients seamlessly

• Deliver tailored investment and wealth planning solutions

• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive long-term AUM growth

• Ensure strict compliance with DIFC and international regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Currently or recently employed in a private banking or wealth management role

• Experience managing HNI and UHNI clients internationally

• Ability to bring or build a book of clients within the first year

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on client service and growth

• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills

• Willingness to be based in Dubai or operate from another global financial hub
