We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join a leading steel manufacturing company in Dubai. The role is ideal for experienced professionals with a solid background in maintaining and repairing industrial electrical systems. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring production continuity by addressing electrical issues swiftly and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

⚡ Maintenance & Repairs

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems, control panels, and production line equipment

• Diagnose and repair faults to minimize unplanned downtime

• Execute preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance

📈 Operational Efficiency

• Collaborate with engineering and mechanical teams to streamline electrical performance

• Implement corrective actions and improvements to enhance energy efficiency and reduce failure rates

• Support electrical installations for new machines or upgrades

📋 Compliance & Reporting

• Strictly adhere to UAE and plant safety regulations during all tasks

• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and prepare daily reports on repairs and issues

• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals

Candidate Requirements:

✅ 2+ years of experience as an Electrical Technician in an industrial or steel manufacturing environment
✅ Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring, PLCs, and high-voltage circuits
✅ Ability to read and work from electrical drawings and schematics
✅ Technical certifications in Electrical Installation, Maintenance, or similar (ITI / Diploma preferred)
✅ Good communication and teamwork skills
✅ Physically fit, alert, and comfortable working in rotating shifts
✅ Safety-first mindset with a proactive and detail-oriented approach

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: AED 2,400 – 2,800 (inclusive of all fixed allowances)
