A reputable steel manufacturing company in Dubai is urgently hiring experienced Mechanical Fitters to support the operation and maintenance of mechanical systems across its high-volume production facilities. If you have a background in assembling, repairing, and maintaining heavy industrial equipment, this is a great opportunity to build a stable career in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

🔧 Installation & Maintenance

• Assemble, install, and maintain mechanical parts, piping, and production line machinery

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on mechanical systems to reduce equipment failure

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical faults promptly to minimize production downtime

🛠️ Technical & Operational Support

• Interpret and work from mechanical drawings, manuals, and schematic diagrams

• Operate standard tools and equipment used in fitting and repair work

• Collaborate with engineers and production supervisors to optimize machine performance

🧰 Safety & Documentation

• Follow all plant safety procedures and use proper PPE

• Maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, and parts used

• Report defects or breakdowns in equipment to the maintenance team leader

Candidate Requirements:

✅ Prior experience as a Mechanical Fitter, preferably in steel, metal fabrication, or heavy manufacturing
✅ Skilled in diagnosing mechanical issues and conducting overhauls or part replacements
✅ Strong understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems
✅ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical manuals
✅ Physically fit and capable of working in demanding plant environments
✅ Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Maintenance is an advantage
✅ Strong safety mindset and team spirit

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: AED 2,400 – 2,800 (inclusive of fixed allowances)
