Sundus is seeking a motivated and organized Recruitment Assistant/Coordinator to support recruitment operations in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site role is exclusively open to UAE Nationals and offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or entry-level professionals to build a career in human resources and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Manage candidate communications and provide timely updates throughout the recruitment process.

Assist in preparing onboarding materials for new hires.

Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) accurately.

Support recruiters by facilitating a smooth and professional hiring experience.

Draft and distribute job postings across appropriate platforms.

Organize and maintain recruitment-related documentation and personnel files.
Skills & Qualifications:

0 to 1 year of professional experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

Proficiency in both English and Arabic is required.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
