Our client, a leading healthcare facility in Dubai, is looking for a dynamic and service-driven Customer Service Supervisor to lead the front desk and customer interaction team. The ideal candidate will ensure superior patient experience, manage appointment flows, and maintain high standards of professionalism across all touchpoints.

🧾 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the front desk team to ensure a welcoming and professional experience for all patients and visitors.

• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups via phone and CRM systems, including chatbot coordination.

• Promote new offers, treatments, and packages to relevant patients during and after visits.

• Handle patient concerns and inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and prompt resolution.

• Monitor service performance and ensure all interactions meet clinic standards and customer satisfaction KPIs.

✅ Candidate Requirements:

• Nationality: Arabic (female candidates preferred)

• Age: 35 years and below

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Healthcare Management, or related field.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a customer service supervisory or front desk role within a healthcare or hospitality setting.

• Skills: Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus), and strong familiarity with CRM tools, call tracking, and appointment platforms like Bestosys.
