Job Title: Shisha Specialist 

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Shisha Maker to join a high-end fine dining restaurant in Istanbul, Turkey. If you have a passion for crafting premium shisha experiences and have prior experience in luxury hospitality, this opportunity is your chance to showcase your talent on an international stage. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality, flavorful shisha blends using premium tobacco and equipment

• Create innovative and custom flavor mixes tailored to guest preferences

• Maintain the shisha area with top-tier hygiene and safety standards

• Interact with guests in a professional and welcoming manner, offering flavor suggestions and answering questions

• Monitor inventory, ensure adequate stock levels, and coordinate with management for resupply

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience as a shisha maker or hookah specialist (experience in Dubai preferred)

• Expertise in shisha flavor mixing, tobacco types, and premium preparation techniques

• Well-groomed, friendly, and guest-focused personality

• Willingness to relocate to Istanbul for 2–4 months

• Basic English required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
