• Upload active job roles or candidate profiles to the platform

• Get matched with fellow recruiters via the Xchange AI tool

• Collaborate on joint placements and agree on a 50/50 commission

• Manage your recruitment pipeline and workload independently

• Focus on quality placements without pressure from sales metrics
