R3 Travel and Tourism is seeking a Reservations Sales Agent to join their team in Dubai. This full-time on-site role requires a motivated professional to manage reservations and bookings while promoting the company’s travel services. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a background in sales, and experience working with reservation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer reservations and booking requests efficiently

• Deliver excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries

• Perform receptionist duties including phone and front-desk support

• Promote and upsell R3’s travel services to meet sales targets

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth reservation processes

• Maintain and update reservation systems and records

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Experience in reservations and front-office/reception duties

• Proven sales experience with a record of meeting targets

• Excellent organizational and coordination capabilities

• Proficiency with reservation and booking systems, and MS Office tools

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

• Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is an advantage

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field
