This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for a proactive, highly organized professional with exceptional administrative and interpersonal skills. The Executive Assistant will serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, managing daily operations, coordinating meetings, handling travel arrangements, and supporting strategic initiatives.

Administrative Support:

Manage executive calendars, appointments, and events.

Handle emails, correspondence, and calls on behalf of executives.

Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and business documents.
Meeting Coordination:

Organize meetings, draft agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless meeting execution.
Travel Management:

Book domestic and international travel including flights, hotels, and itineraries.

Ensure timely preparation and availability of travel-related documents.
Data Handling & Research:

Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making.

Maintain organized, confidential files and records.
Operational Support:

Prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.

Support project execution and cross-functional collaboration to resolve workflow issues.
