Desert Gate Tourism, part of the MTS Globe group, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Executive – MICE and Groups to join their Dubai-based team. The role involves end-to-end project management, event execution, client relationship building, and travel coordination. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of clients while contributing to business growth and maintaining service excellence across the UAE and other key destinations.

This full-time, on-site position is best suited for professionals fluent in English and Russian, with a background in group travel or event management, preferably within a Destination Management Company (DMC).

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Client & Business Development

• Identify and pursue new client opportunities

• Maintain and grow long-term client relationships

• Conduct regular visits and maintain active communication

🔹 Event & Project Management

• Manage events from planning to on-site execution

• Coordinate venue sourcing, budgeting, and scheduling

• Execute events creatively, within budget, and on time

🔹 Product Development & Itinerary Design

• Research and develop innovative leisure products

• Tailor products to meet evolving market demands

• Design complex travel itineraries with all logistics

🔹 Supplier Coordination

• Liaise with suppliers, hotels, and contractors

• Negotiate favorable terms and service standards

• Supervise suppliers to ensure event quality

🔹 Operational & Internal Coordination

• Lead operational strategy and execution

• Collaborate across departments: reservations, accounts, excursions

• Handle supplier payments and post-event documentation

🔹 Client Service & Complaint Resolution

• Respond to requests and changes professionally

• Manage complaints to ensure high client satisfaction

🔹 Reporting & Destination Expertise

• Demonstrate expert knowledge of UAE travel and tourism

• Submit regular performance and project reports

Job Requirements:

✅ Fluent in English and Russian (spoken and written)
✅ 2–5 years of experience in MICE, group travel, or event management
✅ Strong understanding of the UAE tourism industry
✅ Prior experience in a Destination Management Company (DMC) is a plus
✅ Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume projects and teams
