United Medical Supplies (UNIMED) L.L.C is actively seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support its marketing activities for the UNIMED/STAYWELL brands. This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing, possess strong creative and coordination skills, and have a sharp eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency. You’ll work closely with the Group Marketing Team to execute and align marketing strategies, ensuring impactful campaigns that comply with regulatory standards.

Through its STAYWELL brand, UNIMED is dedicated to promoting health and wellness with high-quality products and impactful marketing initiatives that serve both consumers and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Group Marketing Team

  • Design and develop print and digital materials (ads, brochures, sales aids, packaging)

  • Create compelling social media content including videos, animations, and graphics

  • Maintain and enforce brand identity guidelines for consistency

  • Work with creative professionals to develop engaging content

  • Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and regulatory standards

  • Ensure compliance of marketing content with pharmaceutical regulations

  • Liaise with creative agencies and vendors, managing timelines and quality

  • Conduct market research to guide campaign strategies

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results

  • Plan promotional calendars and align with supplier campaigns

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • 2–3 years of marketing or brand management experience

  • Strong grasp of pharmaceutical marketing compliance and regulations

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
