Dubai Holding Entertainment is looking for a Senior Officer – Events and Entertainment to join their team at Dubai Parks and Resorts. This full-time, on-site role involves planning and executing a wide range of park events and entertainment activities, including private functions and group experiences. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a flair for entertainment, and hands-on experience in events or hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage park events and entertainment activities, including private and group functions

• Coordinate logistics, performers, technical setups, and production elements

• Liaise with internal departments (Marketing, Operations, Sales) and external vendors

• Maintain the entertainment calendar and ensure timely interdepartmental updates

• Oversee birthday parties, guest events, and entertainment programs ensuring guest satisfaction

• Support the creation of new entertainment concepts and experiences

• Supervise event setup, safety measures, and audience engagement during events

• Collect post-event feedback and prepare performance analysis reports

• Fulfill any additional duties as assigned by the Management Team

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High School Certificate or Diploma

• 2–3 years of experience in event coordination, entertainment, or hospitality

• Strong coordination, organization, and time-management skills

• Familiarity with event production and vendor management

• Effective communicator with guest-centric thinking

• Awareness of current entertainment and guest interaction trends
