Lucky, a fast-growing crypto casino platform, is hiring a Part-Time iGaming Finance Manager to take full ownership of daily financial operations, profit & loss tracking, and performance monitoring across key metrics. This remote opportunity is open to worldwide applicants and offers flexible hours, either part-time (15–25 hours/week) or full-time, based on your experience and output speed.

As the iGaming Finance Manager, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial visibility across GGR, NGR, bonus costs, affiliate commissions, and fraud. You’ll lead financial reporting, build custom dashboards, and identify operational anomalies in a fast-paced, real-money gaming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly P&L reports

• Track GGR (Gross Gaming Revenue), NGR (Net Gaming Revenue), turnover, bonus costs, provider fees, affiliate payouts, and fraud indicators

• Maintain and improve internal dashboards using Google Sheets

• Reconcile finance data across departments including marketing, product, and operations

• Identify anomalies (e.g., bonus abuse, revenue drops) and escalate issues promptly

• Optimize reporting workflows for transparency, accuracy, and speed

Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience in iGaming finance or casino operations

• Proven ability to build and optimize financial reporting systems

• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail

• Self-driven, organized, and deadline-oriented

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience in affiliate payouts or bonus modeling

• Familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero, Looker

• Prior work with platforms like SoftSwiss

• Based in EU or Asia time zones (preferred, not mandatory)
