As the first point of contact at our renowned restaurants and lounges, you will be responsible for creating a warm, welcoming, and organized dining experience for guests. 🔹 Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with professionalism and warmth upon arrival

• Manage table reservations and seating plans for efficiency

• Escort guests to their tables and provide menu information

• Recognize returning guests and remember preferences

• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints tactfully

• Support restaurant operations during peak hours

• Maintain clean and well-presented reception and waiting areas

✅ Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role or guest-facing hospitality position is preferred

• Excellent grooming, confident communication, and presentability

• Fluent in English (Arabic or other language proficiency is a plus)

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills under pressure

• Positive, friendly, and service-oriented demeanor

• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
