KBR, Inc. is hiring an Escort (Secret Clearance) for its AFCAP V project at Al Dhafra Air Base (ADAB) in the UAE. This role supports the U.S. Air Force mission by escorting and monitoring un-cleared OCN/LN personnel in secure areas. The position is suited for U.S. citizens with an active DoD Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one. Military or overseas experience is a plus.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Escort and monitor un-cleared Local/Other Country Nationals in secure work zones

• Log personnel in/out and verify presence throughout assigned tasks

• Report any discrepancies, contraband, or violations of base policies

• Communicate effectively and deescalate conflicts when needed

• Maintain accurate logs and ensure policy compliance in all escorted areas

• Use radios, laptops, and communication tools to report and track activities

• Operate company vehicles on and off base

✨ Skills & Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Valid U.S. Passport (with 1+ year validity)

• Active DoD Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain prior to deployment)

• Must pass background check and drug screening

• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

• Able to meet deployment medical and dental standards

• Strong verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills

• Capable of deployment within 2–3 weeks of job offer

✅ Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior military service

• 2+ years of experience leading teams of 10+ people

• Prior overseas work experience

• Familiarity with security and force protection protocols
