The Receptionist plays a key role in delivering exceptional service from guest check-in through check-out and all interactions in between. You will be a crucial part of the guest journey, ensuring smooth front office operations and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm, professional welcome.

• Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently.

• Handle guest inquiries with patience and empathy, providing accurate information and solutions.

• Work closely with the front office team to maintain seamless guest experiences.

• Proactively resolve guest issues and challenges with creativity and professionalism.

• Assist with administrative duties related to the front desk operations.

• Support a positive team environment and contribute to the hospitality culture.

• Chinese language skills are considered a plus.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Positive, flexible attitude with a strong “Yes I Can!” spirit.

• Detail-oriented and creative problem solver.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality role is beneficial but not required.

• Chinese language skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
