Job Title: Temporary QHSE Coordinator
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Temporary QHSE Coordinator to uphold and implement Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards within our organization. This role is essential in maintaining compliance with local regulations and global industry practices, particularly within the logistics, distribution, and supply chain sectors.
The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enforce QHSE protocols, conduct audits, drive safety awareness, and support a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing QHSE policies and procedures aligned with industry and regulatory standards

Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor safety, health, and environmental compliance

Deliver QHSE training and raise awareness among employees across departments

Investigate workplace incidents and accidents, preparing detailed analysis and improvement plans

Maintain accurate and updated QHSE documentation and reports

Support emergency response and preparedness planning initiatives

Encourage a culture of safety, sustainability, and accountability throughout the organization
Preferred Candidate Profile:

Solid understanding of QHSE standards and compliance frameworks

Experience in QHSE roles within logistics, distribution, or supply chain industries

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
