Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, part of the renowned Accor network, offers a dynamic internship opportunity for individuals passionate about luxury hospitality and hotel operations. This 6-month internship, commencing September 2025, is based at the Accor Office in Dubai and focuses on supporting the Hotel Openings Manager, Guest Experience Manager, and Senior Vice Presidents on new hotel openings, conversions, and closures across the global portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support hotel openings, conversions, and closings for the Raffles & Fairmont brands globally.

• Assist the Guest Experience (GX) Manager and Hotel Openings (HOS) Manager in various departmental processes.

• Participate in pre-opening budget setup, presentation creation, and dashboard management using tools like Taskworld and POBs.

• Produce actionable reports and metrics aligned with departmental needs.

• Manage communications, schedule meetings, take minutes, and perform administrative duties.

• Update and prepare presentations tailored for stakeholders across different project types (Greenfield, Takeover, De-Flag).

• Coordinate bi-weekly/monthly update meetings and maintain logs in Taskworld and WeMax.

• Analyze KPIs related to hotel quality performance using platforms like VOG, Trust You, and LQA.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.

• Understanding of key drivers in hotel openings and guest experience metrics (financial, commercial, customer experience, and people).

• Experience supporting senior executives preferred.

• Strong adaptability, organization, project management, and time management skills.

• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
