Key Responsibilities:

• Make daily calls to landlords and sellers to secure listings.

• Conduct market appraisals and create property listings with photos and descriptions.

• Manage CRM entries using Reapit, qualify clients, and arrange viewings.

• Negotiate deals to benefit both clients and the company.

• Build trust through consistent communication and maintain client records

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven success in sales or client-facing roles; real estate experience preferred.

• Passion for real estate with strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, energetic, and well-organized .

• Collaborative mindset and strong work ethic.
