Ninja Gaming is on the lookout for a passionate and creative 2D Game Artist to join our innovative development team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role for a skilled visual storyteller who thrives in crafting immersive game assets that captivate players. From concept art to animated sprites, you’ll be central to shaping the visual world of our games.

As a 2D Game Artist, you will collaborate closely with designers, developers, and fellow artists to create visually stunning assets that bring characters, environments, and interfaces to life. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality 2D game assets, including backgrounds, icons, props, symbols, and UI elements

• Develop concept art and iterate on designs based on team feedback

• Create animated sprites and frame-by-frame animations, when required

• Optimize assets for game performance while maintaining artistic integrity

• Work closely with the development team to ensure cohesive and polished visuals

• Maintain organized asset libraries and documentation for production use

• Follow the game’s visual style and contribute creative ideas to enhance it

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a 2D Game Artist in the gaming industry or similar projects

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Spine, or similar tools

• Solid understanding of color theory, composition, lighting, and visual storytelling

• Experience with 2D animation and creating sprite sheets is a plus

• Adaptable to different art styles and team requirements

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
