Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Sales: Proactively generate and convert leads into clients for both off-plan and secondary market properties.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance and personalized property recommendations.

• Market Expertise: Stay informed about the latest market trends, developments, and investment opportunities in Dubai’s real estate sector.

• Negotiation & Closing: Skillfully negotiate deals and manage transactions from initial offer to successful closing.

• Brand Representation: Represent Celia Target Real Estate at industry events, property exhibitions, and networking functions, promoting the company’s reputation and brand.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of real estate sales experience, preferably in Dubai.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

• Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Dubai property market and legal requirements.

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

• Licensing: UAE driving license (preferred).

• Commission Structure: Competitive commission rates with a 70% share on self-generated leads and 50% on company-provided leads.

• Monthly Allowance: Fixed monthly allowance plus 30% on company-provided leads.
