Rosewood Abu Dhabi is inviting dynamic and passionate individuals to join as Management Trainee – SPA & Recreation. This role is ideal for recent hospitality graduates looking to gain hands-on managerial experience in a five-star luxury environment. As a trainee, you will become familiar with the operational and management aspects of the Spa, Pool Area, Gym, and the Rosebuds Kids Program.

The successful candidate will report directly to the departmental leadership team and work closely with various sections to ensure a consistent and elevated guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and implement Spa & Recreation SOPs and hotel policies.

• Gain detailed knowledge of all services offered in the Spa, Pool, Gym, and Rosebuds program.

• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and continue to enhance personal and team knowledge.

• Assist in managing spa programs for groups, including scheduling, staffing, and guest relations.

• Maintain consistent communication through systems such as Rosewood Daily Review.

• Support the supervision of sanitation and housekeeping standards across all wellness and recreational facilities.

• Ensure safety standards are observed throughout all recreational areas.

• Participate in planning and preparation for VIP and repeat guest visits, with a focus on exceeding expectations.

Qualifications:

• Diploma from an accredited Hotel Management School.

• At least one 6-month internship in a 5-star hotel environment.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and user-friendly operating systems.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Physically able to meet the demands of the role, including standing, reaching, and transporting items.
