Emirates Group is hiring a Leadership Experience Lead on a temporary, on-site basis in Dubai. The successful candidate will design and implement leadership development solutions across the organization, enhancing the capabilities of leaders at all levels. This is a strategic role with high visibility and global impact within one of the world’s most iconic aviation brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute leadership development programs for frontline, emerging, and executive leaders.

• Deliver leadership interventions aligned with global strategy and transformation goals.

• Identify and close leadership skill gaps, assess bench strength, and build internal capability.

• Coach leaders and executives through development journeys, performance improvements, and career transitions.

• Source and manage external learning partners, ensuring high-quality leadership solutions.

• Collaborate across Learning & Talent teams to deliver integrated solutions aligned with business needs.

• Foster a culture of performance, innovation, and retention across leadership pipelines.

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Training.

• Proven experience in a leadership development role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree and/or coaching certification.

• Familiarity with global leadership frameworks and agile development methodologies.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strategic thinking with the ability to execute tactically in high-paced environments.

• Strong communication, facilitation, and data-informed decision-making skills.

• Excellent relationship-building skills, especially with senior leaders.

• Growth mindset with adaptability, resilience, and openness to innovation.

• Experience managing leadership development vendors and partnerships.
