Prosana, a fast-growing eCommerce brand revolutionizing the sleep industry, is seeking a high-performance Google/YouTube Media Buyer to scale multi-million-dollar campaigns globally. This full-time contractor role offers complete ownership of paid search and YouTube campaigns, with the freedom to test, iterate, and scale without red tape.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Search, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Manage and expand YouTube VSL campaigns, scaling daily spend beyond $20K while maintaining performance targets.
- Execute and optimize mobile app user acquisition campaigns on Applovin, focusing on ROAS and in-app conversions.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance metrics to identify wins and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with creative teams to refine messaging, visuals, and video performance.
- Partner with funnel builders and strategists to optimize conversion paths and enhance customer lifetime value.
- Develop and maintain efficient ad account structures to support rapid testing and growth.
- Identify high-impact testing opportunities across copy, creative angles, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Proactively engage with Google and Applovin account reps to troubleshoot issues and unlock growth levers.
- Strategically allocate media budgets to maximize return on ad spend while supporting broader acquisition goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of media buying experience, with a strong portfolio of Google/YouTube success stories.
- Deep understanding of direct response and conversion-focused advertising.
- Highly hands-on approach—proactively seeking and acting on data-driven insights.
- Ability to switch between high-level strategy and rapid execution.
- Strong collaboration with video editors, copywriters, and funnel builders.
- Fluency in VSL-based advertising with proven success in scaling video ads.
- Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Conversion Tracking, YouTube targeting, and willingness to learn Applovin.
- Resourceful approach with experience navigating Google support escalation channels.
Key Success Milestones:
- 30 Days: Audit all current campaigns, launch initial tests, contribute to key wins.
- 60 Days: Achieve CPA targets, scale high-performing funnels, refine reporting.
- 90 Days: Double ad spend on Google & YouTube channels while maintaining profitability.
