Refine Development Management is seeking a Sales Manager fluent in Hindi to support its expanding client base in Hindi-speaking markets. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The Sales Manager will play a key role in promoting and selling residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, contributing to the company’s overall success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions for property requirements.
  • Handle client inquiries, negotiations, and contract finalizations professionally.
  • Maintain a robust CRM system to track sales activities and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Participate in property exhibitions, open houses, and networking events to generate leads.
  • Utilize digital marketing tools and social media platforms to expand reach.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and pricing.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management based on market analysis.
  • Identify new market segments and potential growth areas.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and address concerns promptly.
  • Gather client feedback and implement improvements for customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain high professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions.

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales with real estate developers in UAE.
  • Fluency in Hindi is a plus.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Ability to network, work autonomously, and sell effectively.
  • Result-driven with outstanding people skills.
  • Ability to track market trends and competitors.
