The Museum of the Future is hiring a Network Engineer to join its Technology team and ensure seamless connectivity across all sites. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for professionals with network support experience, a passion for innovation, and a desire to contribute to one of the world’s most visionary institutions. The engineer will manage network infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, and support installations that power the museum’s immersive experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and monitor network devices for secure, stable connectivity
• Troubleshoot wired and wireless network issues
• Respond to daily support requests and escalate complex problems
• Coordinate with ISPs and monitor service reliability
• Support cabling, equipment setup, and network room organization
• Maintain accurate network documentation
• Collaborate on system updates and network improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in network support or IT infrastructure
• Basic knowledge of Cisco CLI, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and routing
• CCNA certification preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
