Job Title: Cabin Crew

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in customer service (aviation/hospitality/retail preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers at all times.

• Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism and warmth.

• Respond effectively to inflight emergencies and situations.

• Represent flydubai’s values and maintain grooming and appearance standards.

• Collaborate with a multicultural team to ensure consistent inflight experience.

• Comply with all inflight service procedures and company regulations.

• Uphold flydubai’s safety and information security policies.

Role Requirements

• Minimum age: 21 years

• Minimum height: 158 cm (as per safety regulations)

• Well-groomed with a professional appearance

• No visible tattoos while in uniform

• Valid passport and medically fit (aero-medical clearance required)

• Fluent in English (spoken & written); additional languages a plus

• Able to swim confidently while wearing a flotation device

• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts

• Safety-conscious, adaptable, respectful, and team-oriented

• Willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE

Minimum Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent (mandatory)

• Previous international aviation experience (preferred)

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, hospitality, aviation, or retail

Training Bond

• USD 2,650 / Approx. AED 9,700 for the first year

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: AED 8,275 (Basic + Housing + Transportation Allowance)

• Variable Flying Pay: Avg. AED 4,500/month (based on 90 flying hours)
