RTC-1 Employment Services is hiring a Sales Executive for a prestigious luxury car rental company in Dubai. This full-time role involves engaging VIP clients, corporate accounts, and tourism partners to drive sales and foster long-term relationships. You will be responsible for converting inquiries into bookings and upselling premium services to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, corporate customers, and tourism partners to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Handle walk-in clients, phone inquiries, and online leads efficiently to close rental deals.

• Recommend vehicle upgrades and value-added services such as chauffeur and insurance options.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of luxury car brands and models including Rolls-Royce, Lamborghini, and Mercedes-Benz.

Requirements:

• Open to CIS and Arabic nationals, aged 40 years or younger.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury sales or car rental services.

• Valid UAE driver’s license required.

• Presentable, confident, and excellent in customer service.

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 6,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

• Monthly sales commission and KPI bonuses.

• Annual airline ticket allowance.
