Wellcube.life is seeking a skilled and compassionate Ayurveda Therapist to join our wellness team in Dubai. This position plays a critical role in delivering authentic Ayurvedic therapies and treatments under the supervision of an Ayurvedic Doctor. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Panchakarma and detoxification therapies, ensuring high standards of hygiene, patient care, and clinical efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site role, ideal for someone passionate about holistic healing and committed to delivering personalized wellness experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Therapy Administration:

• Perform a wide range of Ayurvedic therapies and treatments.

• Prepare herbal compounds and assist with Panchakarma procedures.

• Follow therapeutic protocols as guided by the Ayurvedic Doctor.

2. Patient Care & Support:

• Prepare patients for therapy, explaining procedures and ensuring comfort.

• Ensure patient privacy and safety throughout treatment.

• Monitor and report any unusual responses or concerns to the doctor.

• Provide post-therapy care guidance as directed.

3. Preparation & Cleanliness:

• Prepare therapy rooms, oils, and equipment before each session.

• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation.

• Sterilize tools and manage safe disposal of therapy waste.

4. Inventory & Maintenance:

• Monitor stock levels of oils, herbs, and consumables.

• Notify the clinic manager or doctor about low or expired stock.

• Keep accurate records of therapies and materials used.

5. Coordination & Documentation:

• Adhere to daily therapy schedules.

• Maintain and submit patient therapy logs regularly.

• Coordinate with reception staff for appointments and inquiries.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Certification in Ayurvedic Therapy/Panchakarma from a recognized institute.

• Prior experience in an Ayurvedic clinic or wellness center.

• In-depth knowledge of Ayurvedic treatments and healing concepts.

• Physically fit with stamina to perform multiple treatments daily.

• Professional, calm, and respectful demeanor.

• Understanding of hygiene protocols and clinical best practices.
