The company invites experienced finance professionals and M&A advisors to join as Independent Dealmakers in their international network. Key Responsibilities:

• Work independently to originate, negotiate, and close mid-market M&A deals.

• Leverage ONEtoONE’s global tools, back-office, and brand to build and manage a personal deal pipeline.

• Collaborate with international peers and industry experts to enhance transaction success.

• Use advanced M&A technology and methodologies to deliver strategic advisory services.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in M&A, private equity, corporate finance, or related financial services.

• Proven experience as a senior executive or advisor with a focus on business growth and strategic transactions.

• Deep industry knowledge and a network of C-level contacts.

• Strong entrepreneurial spirit, communication skills, and analytical ability.

• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
