Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow a strong client base in the glass and construction sector.

• Identify and connect with architects, interior designers, consultants, and contractors.

• Conduct technical product presentations and provide client-specific solutions.

• Manage sales inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate with production for order fulfillment.

• Negotiate and finalize contracts that align with business goals.

• Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain up-to-date sales records and provide regular progress reports.

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and product innovations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience in the glass or aluminium fabrication industry (mandatory).

• Strong understanding of the UAE construction and interior fit-out market.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.

• UAE Driving License preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline (preferred).
