Outlier, a global leader in AI model training and human feedback services, is hiring a Swiss Italian Freelance Writer to support innovative AI development projects. This contract-based, remote opportunity offers flexible hours and competitive pay, making it ideal for linguists, translators, and creative writers with a strong command of Swiss Italian.

As a Swiss Italian writer, you’ll contribute your language skills and subject matter expertise to improve the accuracy, creativity, and performance of generative AI models. Tasks may include evaluating AI-generated responses, writing content in Swiss Italian, and verifying the factual accuracy of text.

Responsibilities:

• Read and assess Swiss Italian text and rank AI-generated responses based on relevance and accuracy.

• Write original Swiss Italian content, including short stories, based on prompts or topics.

• Evaluate whether AI-generated content is factually correct and contextually appropriate.

• Provide linguistic and stylistic feedback to refine AI model outputs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fluency in Swiss Italian (native or near-native proficiency).
