Professional Journey is hiring 40 enthusiastic and responsible Bike Riders to join our client’s growing food delivery team in Dubai. This role involves safely delivering food orders to customers, maintaining excellent service standards, and effectively using delivery technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver food orders safely and efficiently to customers

• Complete mandatory food safety training and obtain certifications (provided by company)

• Hold and maintain a valid UAE bike rider license

• Communicate clearly with customers and follow delivery instructions

• Maintain high personal hygiene and professional appearance

• Ensure proper bike maintenance and manage Salik and fuel expenses

• Use smartphone with sufficient internet and call minutes for work tasks (devices provided if needed)

Requirements:

• Basic English speaking and understanding skills

• Familiarity with smartphones and food delivery apps

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Commitment to hygiene and safety standards

• Willingness to complete training and certification

• Responsible for upkeep of provided equipment

• Must hold own UAE Visa

Compensation & Benefits:

• Payment: AED 7.5 per order

• Average Orders per Day: 18

• Estimated Monthly Income: AED 3500 – 4000 (excluding tips)

• Working Hours: 12 hours/day (11 + 1 hour break)

• Working Days: 6 days per week

• Annual Leave: 30 days after 1 year

• Provided: Bike, uniform, and safety equipment

• Relocation Assistance: Accommodation and food provided for the first month

Additional Notes:

• Bike maintenance, Salik, and fuel costs are rider’s responsibility

• Mobile phone/data costs may be deducted as per company policy if provided
