Al Khayyat Investments (AKI) is hiring a Training Coordinator to support its Learning & Development strategy across all business units. Reporting to the L&D Manager, this role ensures the effective planning, coordination, and delivery of in-person and virtual training programs while fostering a culture of continuous professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Coordination

  • Plan and schedule internal and external training programs

  • Coordinate logistics including venue booking, materials preparation, and facilitator support

  • Communicate training schedules and instructions to staff

Learning Administration & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and certifications

  • Track mandatory compliance training and generate regular reports

  • Manage Learning Management System (LMS): upload courses, track completions, pull data

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

  • Collaborate with department heads to assess and meet training needs

  • Liaise with external training vendors and ensure effective session delivery

  • Handle employee queries related to training programs

Training Content & Resources Support

  • Prepare and update training materials and e-learning content

  • Ensure alignment of training resources with company goals

  • Support in researching innovative learning techniques

Continuous Improvement

  • Collect post-training feedback and propose improvements

  • Assist in organizing L&D-related employee engagement events

  • Stay informed about best practices and trends in training & development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field

  • 2–4 years of experience in training coordination or L&D within a large organization

Key Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and LMS platforms

  • Detail-oriented with analytical thinking

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
