Parker Hannifin is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead and manage all human resources functions for its new entity in Saudi Arabia. This role is essential to ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, establish HR processes, and support the company’s regional growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance for the Saudi entity.

Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws and corporate HR standards.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the Saudi context.

Advise leadership on workforce planning, talent management, and employee development.

Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Collaborate with operational leaders on staffing needs, candidate review, and selection.

Manage performance and talent management cycles.

Coordinate local and corporate-sponsored training programs.

Address employee grievances and provide guidance on compensation and benefits.

Conduct HR reporting and analytics as required.
Qualifications & Skills:

Saudi National (per local regulations).

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.

3+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in leadership.

Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
-
Proven ability to build HR functions from the ground up.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Fluent in English and Arabic.
