The successful candidate will guide clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert advice on market trends, valuations, and investment opportunities. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for real estate are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult clients to understand their property needs and preferences.

• Conduct market research and analysis to provide effective advice.

• Assist with property valuations and pricing recommendations.

• Facilitate property viewings and open houses.

• Negotiate offers and contracts on clients’ behalf.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, professionals, and vendors.

• Stay updated on market trends, conditions, and regulations.

• Prepare marketing materials and property listings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as Property Advisor, Real Estate Agent, or similar role.

• Knowledge of real estate markets and regulations.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Proficient with property management software and Microsoft Office.

• Minimum 6 months experience in real estate or sales.
