EXEED UAE, a division of Al Ghurair Motors, is seeking an experienced Warranty Manager for its Dubai dealership. This full-time, on-site role offers a strategic opportunity to oversee and optimize warranty claim processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and maximized reimbursements while maintaining strong communication with manufacturers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end warranty claims, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

• Reconcile claims with manufacturer payments and handle appeals for rejected claims.

• Analyze warranty data to identify trends and improvement areas.

• Liaise with manufacturers, Dealer Principals, Fleet teams, and internal service departments.

• Supervise the control and documentation of warranty parts and ensure policy compliance.

• Implement process improvements to maximize reimbursements and customer satisfaction.

• Stay updated with manufacturers’ technical bulletins and warranty policy changes.

• Ensure no unauthorized work is carried out without prior approval.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 3–5 years in the automotive sector.

• Diploma required; university degree preferred.

• Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty procedures and systems.

• Proficient in warranty management software.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and collaborate across departments.

• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset for process improvement.
